CrossFit Lite classes *specially designed class used as a lighter alternative to CrossFit or as a springboard into CrossFit classes. Contact us for more information.

TRX & Functional Training Classes 30-45 minute classes that combine functional movements with trx suspension exercises. $5 drop in fee per class (these classes are not included in a CrossFit membership)
Tuesday & Friday 6 am
Open gym- Sundays 8-10 am
